Meet the Woman Behind It All
Growing up as the daughter of New Zealand's Ambassador to the Soviet Union, Sarah was introduced to the exquisite world of caviar at an early age. This exposure ignited her lifelong passion for diverse cultures, their culinary traditions, and the use of local ingredients.
Her extensive global travels and residences in New Zealand, Thailand, India, Switzerland, and the United States deepened Sarah's appreciation and understanding of international cuisine.
Between 1984 and 2011, Sarah, alongside her late husband Abdi, successfully managed Caviar Direct, supplying top-tier restaurants, airlines, and cruise liners with exceptional caviar.
In 2011, Caviar Direct evolved into Caviar Select, dedicated to crafting tailored experiences for everyday consumers seeking extraordinary culinary journeys.
