Caviar Selects policy for any refunds on caviar is only good for 10 days.
As Caviar is a fresh food product we suggest that it is consumed within 2-3 weeks maximum upon receipt.
Caviar Select will not accept any caviar product, for any reason, if it has been left for over 10 days in your possession unless there are special circumstances outside of this time frame.
Caviar Select will not accept partially consumed products for refund.
Once your product has either been returned or approved for any damage or loss Caviar Select will either replace or refund the product.
If you have received a gift we can replace the gift with another selection (of similar value) or issue a gift certificate for a future purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded
Due to Covid-19 we cannot process any returns of caviar servers, spoons or utensils due to sanitation concerns
Returns on Non-Caviar products
In case of any returns, due to product quality or damaged goods, please contact Customer Service at 855-650-2828 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Caviar Select must be notified within 24 hours of any damages in order to either reship or credit you once approved.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with Packing Slip or letter describing contents.
Do not dispose of the goods. In order to issue any credit or to replace a product which might be damaged, broken or destroyed, the item must either be returned and/or a digital photo showing any damage to be emailed directly upon receipt of product.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you if you are approved for a credit or exchange. Only regular priced items will be refunded not sales items.
Please ship with an insured courier (eg: Fedex) and retain your tracking information.
