For a gift other than those listed below, Caviar Select will replace a gift with another selection, issue a gift certificate or refund the credit card used for its purchase, if it is returned to us within 48 hours of purchase.
Caviar Select does not accept returns of the following items:
- Gourmet gift baskets
- Items that say, "This item cannot be returned" on their product detail page of our Website.
- Items that are returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service toll free at 1- 855-650-2828 / 718-606-6990 Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm (Eastern Time) or via email@example.com obtain a return shipping address.
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible and enclose the packing slip.
- For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx or UPS) and retain your receipt.
- If you are returning a gift as a result of our error, (you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product), Caviar Select will pay theshippingcosts.
- If your return is not the result of our error, theshippingcost of that returned item would be deducted from your refund.
- Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each item must be returned using a uniqueshippingaddress.
If you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Customer Service toll free at 1- 855-650-2828 to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item by following the simple 4-steps outlined above for returns and place another order for the item you would like to purchase. (You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item). You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
